The first goal of our children's ministry is to love and value each child as an individual, and to show that God's house is a happy place to be.

Kids play an important part of the St. Giles community.  While in the church service they actively participate in worship and communion.  Most Sundays during the school year we provide Nursery Care and Sunday School from ages 0-grade 9.

Nursery Care

For children ages 0-3, there is adult supervised Nursery Care is provided during Church services.  They play, sing, and read stories each week.

Sunday School

St. Giles' offers Christian Education for children, ages 3 to grade 9, that includes Bible stories, worship and care for our world.  Learning activities include prayer, music, drama, rhythm band, crafts, and active games.

Currently we use several different curriculums for our different age groups.

Ages 3 to Pre K- get the chance to enjoy the curriculum Children & Worship which wonderfully engages the children in the stories of Scripture and introduces them to many church worship traditions including singing, praying, quieting, reflecting, wondering and creating.

K to Grade 6-  We are currently using a curriculum call Bible in Life.  It is filled with Bible stories and pictures, Bible-based themes, activities, memory verses, and more.  Each lesson is designed to be developmentally appropriate for each level to foster spiritual growth.
